The family represents what we have learned in our past, where we are in our present and where we will be in our future. This is where we learned to love and to share both laughter and tears. As the children grow up and the family spreads out, it is important to plan trips that get the family together again. Don't wait until the last-minute to plan your family trip.
Anytime is a good time for a family vacation, because they make the loveliest memories that we carry and cherish all our life. It seems the natural thing to do when young and still living in the parent's home, but as we grow up and each follow our own life path, it is harder and harder to bring everyone together for a vacation.

This is the hard part depending on how large the family is, and how far apart they are from each other; here are a few ways to get the plan in action:
* Plan in advance, give everyone as much time as possible, preferably a year as everyone has yearly vacations and need at least six months to plan the next break.
* Try to bring the family to a neutral place that everyone enjoys. You know the whole family and everybody's preferences, so pick the most suitable place for all of you. This can be very tricky, so take your time, but try not to take a vacation at your parent's house as they need a break too away from the house.
* Make the vacation short, no longer than a week. Keep in mind that your brothers and sisters have a family of their own now, and while family get-together's are great they can get overwhelming at times if they are too long.
